Diagnose an agent on the onboarding graph: runs the spec check (POST /v1/onboard/spec/check) on a card, a registered agent or an AgentSpec, paints every reference point's status onto the graph, and answers per goal (vaultable H2, hireable H1 + hire path, covered H3, metered H4) the state and the shortest list of fixes, each with its words, who, the op that proves it and the tour step that walks it. Read-only: nothing is registered, minted, probed or paid.
