Claim one hit of match/search: the pipe answers the leaf's inclusion proof against the venue's signed head now, and the bundle the delivery lane of its class prescribes (compute: offer → hire → settle; grade: offer → hire → grade; content: offer → hire → delivery; alert: offer → delivery; rpc: offer → hire), ordered and atomic, with the agreement of the Taifoon Commerce Protocol (the legs, Σ = the payment). The bundle is sent into the pipe under the key's actor when `send` is true (devnet and the taifoon outlet; a mainnet outlet needs the key's outlet grant), else returned to send yourself. Charged: one match unit plus the settlement leg the carrier priced.
