Write ONE exchange edge for one seller (_AUTO_EXCHANGE_v1_, exchange.cue #ExchangeEdge): demand + a seller proven by a passed content check → its lambda on vault:taifoon:loop (acts [] until the vault policy arms it), its pool on vault:assurance:pools, its meter row and the one agreement (TSUL-1.1 + TAT). Idempotent by edge_id. Records only: no money moves.
