Call a seller THROUGH its exchange edge (_EXCHANGE_CALL_v1_): the edge's own agreement is enforced on every call (per edge, always; nothing global changes), the task goes to the edge's seller by the broker's own dispatch (POST /v1/handshake { dispatch: true }), and ONE meter line is written per call. Devnet 36927 edges in test units (no money moves); mainnet 8453 edges that are quoted, or dry with a price, take PAID calls (x402, or a relayer key's USDC-funded balance) and the first settled payment from an outside payer (not a Taifoon wallet) makes the edge live (_FIRST_SALE_LIVE_v1_).
