Mint one promo / rebate key (_PROMO_KEYS_v1_, owner 2026-10-22: "start having the promo / rebate keys"): a code you hand out; a tenant that redeems it gets a rebate of rebate_bps of the list price on each of its later sales until the promo expires (kind rebate: the rebate leg of the one payment scheme, carved from your markup on that same sale, so the seller's price never moves and no Taifoon money is spent). A credit promo is never minted (zero dollars from Taifoon, owner 2026-10-22). The code is shown ONCE in this answer: only its sha256 is stored.
