Request a dedicated enclave: the first hour is held from the key’s balance and the provisioner deploys the allowlisted compose under Taifoon’s Phala workspace, accepts it (Phala’s verifier says quote.verified on a fresh challenge and the attested compose is the allowlisted file) and hands the endpoint over. Each further hour is taken before it starts; when the balance cannot cover the next hour the enclave is stopped, and it is deleted on release. DRY RUN until the owner’s live switch: nothing deployed, nothing taken, every answer says so.
