Buy access to a resource: { product } (or { resource }). The agreement is paid once and recorded as a grant (taifoon.access.grant.v1); your key’s policy then carries the access id in `entitlements`, the stream and /v1/pipe/status show you the sealed ciphertext instead of the elision, and the seller seals each epoch’s key to the recipient key you published at POST /v1/pipe/keys. Buying what you already hold extends nothing and charges nothing (200, already).
