_TWIG_PROOF_PUBLIC_v1_: the inclusion proof of one twig in an actor's Merkle Mountain Range (the per-actor MMR of flush roots the Twigster signs, docs/TWIGSTER.md §7), with the actor's last signed head. A twig is addressed as <actor>#<twig> (taifoon#242700, directory:x402-base#3, upgrades:36927#0). Hashes only; keyless. The twig hash itself comes from the record that names it (a signed envelope's turbine record): siblings fold it to its peak, the peaks bag to the signed head.
