Every Twigster actor’s twig by class (_TWIG_CLASSES_v1_, docs/TWIGSTER.md §7.1): the two classes the language defines (permanent: every twig kept for good, any index provable, the head anchored under the superroot; transient: a bounded ring whose rows expire after a TTL), the actor rules (upgrades:<chain> for a chain’s upgrade records, signals:<topic> for broadcast signals) and each actor’s count, signed head, oldest twig retained in memory and rows TTL.
