The settlement queues of every chain (_SETTLEMENT_QUEUES_v1_): READ (what the lanes observed), SIGN (waiting for the Twigster signature), SETTLE (signed, waiting for a settler) and ACK (sent, waiting for the chain's inclusion), per chain and venue, with depth, the oldest age, declared value waiting and the last errors. Views of the one pipe, not separate queues. ?chain= filters (eip155:8453 or 8453).
