_ONE_GPU_SELLER_v1_ (lang/cue/inference.cue inference.community): the community GPU sellers on the one inference route. A node joins through POST /v1/resources/register (kind gpu, meta.service inference, its own price); it is listed after the layer's battery and fingerprint, sold at its price plus the reseller cut, rechecked hourly (a failure delists it), and paid behind the vault from acc:seller_share:<seller id>. Lists every seller (listed or delisted, with why), what a buyer pays, its checks and accruals, and the rules (the price band per reference model, the checks, the payout terms). ?seller=<cgpu_…> for one; ?model=<id> for the cards a buyer naming that model is routed among.
