fix

sma-helpdesk train exports the set; the tenth pair is held out

of heygenie, the helpdesk and the studio · CC-BY-4.0

sealed cases that reached it: 0 — sealed cases that reached this word (the store counts, never reads)

the answer

Run sma-helpdesk train on your store (or press Download on the studio): train.jsonl holds chat turns (system, symptom, fix with its grade), retrieval.jsonl the pairs, held-out.jsonl every tenth pair the agent never sees, system.txt the rules.
