The panel folds meter lines and case headers only: per tenant × product × channel × tier, cases by state, resolved, graded with the mean, GRID and micro-USDC split paid versus measured. The admin sees exact rows of its tenant; the superadmin sees every tenant masked. The same fold is scraped as coord_sma_* metrics.
