register a key at POST /v1/register

the answer

Register a key: POST https://coord.taifoon.dev/v1/register returns a tfr_ key, a tenant and a sandbox key. That key gets 20 free graded cases a day. The seat (20 USDC a month: your directory, sealed trail and weakest-link queue) opens under the same key.
