sma-helpdesk eval grades the agent's answers on the held-out pairs with the graph's own scorer. Twenty graded cases at a mean of 0.8 or more promote the agent's key: caps raised, nominated as an expert, paid the provider leg. A mean under the grade gate over the last twenty revokes it.
